Secondary 1 (2022) Registration
Dear Parents/Guardians,
A warm welcome to Bedok View Secondary School!
Secondary 1 (2022) Registration (23 December 2021)
Parents/guardians of Secondary 1 (2022) students who are successfully posted to our school will receive the registration details via Parents Gateway (PG) / SMS on Wednesday, 22 December 2021. Please register your child/ward by Thursday, 23 December 2021, 8.00 am.
If you have yet to receive the announcement via PG / SMS by Wednesday, 22 December 2021, 5.00 pm, or have any further clarifications on the Secondary 1 (2022) Registration, please contact the General Office at 64430563. Our General Office will be open till 6.00pm on 22 December 2021, or you may call us from 7.00am on 23 December 2021.
As many of our communications are done via PG, we strongly encourage parents who are not yet onboard PG to register for the PG app. You may wish to contact our General Office at 64430563 for assistance.
Secondary 1 (2022) Registration Briefing for Parents/Guardians (23 December 2021)
There will be a briefing for parents/guardians on Thursday, 23 December 2021 from 9.00 am to 10.00 am via Zoom. Parents/guardians are strongly encouraged to attend this briefing as important administrative information and instructions will be shared during this session. Log-in instructions on the briefing will be provided upon completing the Secondary 1 Registration.

- Transfer Application
- For transfer into Bedok View Secondary School
Students appealing for transfer will need to meet the Cut-Off Point (COP) before consideration should there be vacancies. Please complete and submit the S1 Appeal Application Form via this link: https://go.gov.sg/bv-s1appeal-2022 by Monday, 27 December 2021, 12.00 pm.
- For transfer to another school (due to medical reasons)
Please submit the appeal and supporting documents at Bedok View Secondary School in person on Thursday, 23 December 2021, from 8.30 am to 12.00 pm. For more information, please refer to https://www.moe.gov.sg/secondary/s1-posting/results/appeal-for-school-transfer/.
- MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS)
For application of MOE FAS for your child/ward, please complete the application form that is available at MOE’s website: https://www.moe.gov.sg/financial-matters/financial-assistance.
You can submit the form and the supporting documents to us via email at bedokview_ss@moe.edu.sg or directly at our school’s General Office by Monday, 27 December 2021.
If your child’s/ward’s primary school has already approved the MOE FAS application for the year 2022, kindly forward a copy of the approval letter to us.

For collection in school, parents/guardians are to observe the following:
- Access to school is limited to one parent/guardian and one child only.
- Proof of collection date/ appointment details to be shown to security officers.
- For change of collection date, parents/guardians are advised to contact the vendors directly.
- There is no fitting/trying of uniform in school in view of hygiene considerations.
B. Walk-In Purchase (by Appointment only)
We strongly advise parents to make their purchases online. If you are not able to make your purchase online, please contact the respective vendors directly to make an appointment for your walk-in purchase. We seek your kind understanding that walk-ins without prior appointment will not be allowed entry into the school.
